This machine is specially designed for garbage bags and table covers (table sufra) that are folded four times and wound into a roll. It adopts servo motor control, so the bag length and production speed can be easily adjusted on the touch screen. The machine stops automatically when the film runs out, when the film feeding is blocked, or when the bags get stuck, keeping production stable, safe and low-waste.
A dedicated folding unit folds the flat film four times evenly before sealing and cutting, producing tight, well-shaped finished rolls.
Servo drive allows bag length and running speed to be set directly on the HMI, with fast and repeatable changeovers between orders.
Auto stop triggers on film run-out, feeding blockage and bag jamming, protecting the film, sealing tools and finished rolls from damage.
Handles HDPE flat film from 0.01 to 0.05 mm, covering both thin roll garbage bags and thicker table-cover film.
Folds the flat film four times before sealing, realizing the "rolling four times fold bag" format.
Servo-controlled film feeding ensures accurate and consistent bag length within 500–2000 mm.
Perforation is made between bags so that each bag can be easily torn off from the roll.
Finished bags are rewound automatically into neat, compact rolls ready for final packing.
