The JDIF-1200 is an automatic interleaved draw tape bag making machine. It produces interleaved (alternately stacked) drawstring bags and can also produce draw tape bags on rolls. With Delta PLC motion control, multiple Delta servo drives, Panasonic tracking, EPC correction and a fully automatic rewinding section, it handles HDPE, LDPE and compostable film. The machine runs at about 50 m/min, or 60–120 pcs/min.
