JDFP-1000 Drawling Tape Bag Making Machine With Folding Piece By Piece

The JDFP-1000 is a draw tape (drawstring) bag making machine with piece-by-piece folding. Each cycle runs through unwinding, sealing and perforation, the first V-fold, cutting into individual pieces, the second V-fold, and then a conveyor belt delivers the folded bags to a table, where the operator takes them by the dozen. Two V-folds make each bag compact and easy to dispense. The machine runs at about 60 m/min, or 60–140 pcs/min depending on the bag size.

A 2 m conveyor delivers folded piece bags to the table; auto stop when tape or film runs out.
