JDDH-500*2 Automatic Double-line Sealing Flat Bag On Roll / C-fold Bag on Roll Making Machine

The JDDH-500*2 is a high-speed, fully automatic double-line machine for flat bags on roll and C-fold (eight-fold) bags on roll. Each line integrates unwinding, EPC web correction, C-fold slitting, sealing and perforation, and rewinding, and can be configured with or without C-fold and sealing. The two channels work independently—when one is stopped, the other keeps running—and the designed line speed is 110 m/min per line.

Product Features

Double-line Unwind & Rewind

700 mm unwind × 2 lines and 380–400 mm rewind × 2 lines, with pneumatic air shafts; unwind roll diameter 160–600 mm.

Fold (Eight-fold) Device

Two sets of C-fold devices with single-layer middle slitting for C-fold /eight-fold bags on roll.

Sealing & Perforation

4-zone solid-state heating with ±1°C temperature precision, high/low temperature alarm, sealing bar and copper knives for a firm seal and easy tear-off.

Auto Correction & Servo Rewind

Two sets of EPC automatic correction; Delta servo rewinding with left/right separate drive and independent counting..
